| Description: | Also known as the "Baby Eagle" the 9mm ballistics allow both ball and hydra shock rounds to penetrate medium body armour. One of the most distinct characteristics of this weapon is the lack of machined rifling in the barrel, allowing for less wear and superior accuracy. Having owned mine as a service weapon for 18 years, It has never failed or required service beyond cleaning. |

In 18 years of service, this weapon has never failed or required service beyond cleaning. It is now the standard issue for my Department.

Good solid gun though a little on the heavy side compared to Glocks, HK or Sig. My only real complaints are the slide mounted safety/decocker & lack of choices for duty holsters. Otherwise there's nothing wrong with this weapon at all.

I had one and sold it...I could kick myself for that. Great gun and very fun to shoot. Built like a tank.

Greatest pistol I ever owned...and I sold it in a moment of poor judgement. I was broke and a friend offered me more than I paid and I've spent the last 5 years trying to find another one to buy. They have a "new" model out but I want the old IMI Jericho style. Extremely acurate, large capacity, just all round amazing gun. If you see one buy it, you won't regret it.

I still have one of the first 500 of them off of the boat when sold in the US. Got my letter from the Stork and my diaper that came with it. I have some HK's full frame and compact, have shot Berretta's, Sig, Smith, Glock, Para Ordinance, Ruger...
I still love this gun. IMI really did make a tank (heavy for a 9mm), but it is smooth, non-jamming even when extremely dirty and sand in it, and is like throwing darts with a Ruger 22. It is accurate as heck. Feels great to the hand, doesn't sit flat on a flat surface to aid in quick pick up, slam a second mag in while the slide is locked open and it automatically slams forward to get you back to target acquisition mode cocked and chambered - no need for engaging the slide release - nice feature when when it may count!
Just a great gun and I would never sell it no matter what the circumstances.
