| Description: | Squid is also known as calamari, its Italian name. The dish is relatively simple, with the squid cut into pieces, creating rings of seafood. The rings are then battered and deep-fried for just a couple of minutes. Fried calamari is often served as a snack or appetizer and is sometimes added to appetizer platters. |

If you haven't had Calamari before you aren't living life to it's fullest potential.

As long as you get it cooked good, calamari is awesome.

Love this stuff! The quality definitely depends on the restaurant in which you order it at. Can be stringy. But overall...fried calamari is outstanding!

Only the Greek calamari - crisp, healthy, tasty, but never with red sauce - only with fresh lemon juice squeezed on each piece, just befoer eating. The tentacles are really good. NEVER deep-fried - breaded and fried in skillet

Served with a spicy marinara sauce and lemon. Put some wine and a loaf of crusty Italian bread alongside and get out of my way!!!
