Had the phone the day it came out. I love this phone. The only thing i wish it had is Wifi capability. Maybe when the next version comes out it will this feature. Other than that the phone is damn near perfect.

I had one and had problems with it freezing up and programs not running properly, sliders not working at times, so after only 2 months with it I went to the Blackberry Curve instead and am glad I did. I know a lot of other people that have the same problems with their Instinct that I did and got rid of theirs too.

Love mine. GPS and Live Search has saved my butt on more than 1 occassion. only thing I don't like is when bluetoothed ringers it goes to my music not ringers, and have to scroll though all contacts that begin with same letter instead of being able to put in few letters to find name.
