For plain clothes officers or even to wear off duty, this is the best holstering system that I have come across. Makes life much easier.

I really like this holster. I use it mainly off duty right now, but once our external vests come in I'll be wearing this on duty. It it's designed really well, but, it is hard to get your gun back in the holster once removed.
