I have used this and it worked good for me.

Love the stuff got it at physical therapy & yes be very careful what you touch.It works much better if you use the roll on in strokes not circles' go in the same direction.Trust me been using this stuff for a little over a year.

My Physical Therapist recomended this to me. After she would do her beat down on me when I was rehabing my kness, she called it therapy (more like torture), she would apply it to relax my Quads and Hams. It worked.

I use this product for heel spurs. It almost works like Icy Hot or Mineral Ice. It helps to relax the muscle in my foot and get it off my bone. I use it as directed by my doctor and it works!!
