This weapon handles 2 3/4" - 3 1/2" cartridges and has very little recoil, comparably speaking. Add a steady grip stock (pistol grip) and you have an excellent tactical weapon that would function nicely on a hog hunt as well. Once you have fired this fine Italian weapon, you will have a hard time choosing something else.
