Gatorade is some good stuff!

Waaaaaayyyyyyyy to many carbs. There are other products that contain the electrolytes, taste good, and with out tons of sugar.

I really like red Gatoraid. Its yummy. I enjoy if after working out, or running, or working in the yard. It tastes best when im hot and swety.

TWO BUCKS? Regular price in top-line supermarkets in centrqal Virgiinia is about $1.40; "sale' price this month in our premier supermarkets in oone dollar each for the 32-ounce size. Personaqlly,m I do not like the red and reddish ones; 'cool blue' is good for me if I can find it. Original lemonlime and early orange are good. Great as a rehydrater; I once had a MD's prescription for this stuff. Plus, it DOES WORK.

Excellent, but if you don't really need to drink it, you are just packing salt and calories into your body. The only time you should put back a drink like this is after a workout, or when you are dehydrated.

For those times, there isn't anything better though!

Recommended drink to anyone training in an academy to stay hydrated, especially during the summer season. Stay away from the "recovery" supplements you get at your vitamin store, save the money and buy Gatorade - works just as well.

Unless you are doing a lot of strenuous activity everyday this stuff is only good in moderation. It is packed with calories and carbs. However I recently had my electrolyte levels get really low, and 4 large bottles of Gatorade later I was fine again.

When I work long hours on my feet in the summer time I literally drink bottles of this stuff. Highly recommended!

Cut with 20-50% water for best results! The corn based sugar may cause skin breakouts with prolonged use in some people. Could be formulated better, but tastes good and is readily available.
