The fingerprint and sweatproof element is what does it for me.

I wear prescription glasses and work in an enviornment where its mostly sunny. I have never been able to find anything in my prescription that was comfortable until I found these now, I have something that is tactical, practical, along with being comfortable and durable. I no longer have to squint and can work in comfort. My insurance covered all but $10 on the frames the lenses cost me quite a bit so, I only have the standard shade lense not the clear or yellow tint for the range. One step at a time.

I bought some of these from a authorized oakley distributor is Branson, Mo. and about 4 months later I cracked a lens. The dealer told me they were nock offs and thus the warrenty is no good. That is more of a hit on the store though.s
The glasses them selves are great and I would buy more. I wish they were a little cheaper.

Durable and comfortable! These glasses survived a pretty decent bike accident that I had. They just got a little scratched up.

Bought my pair a few years ago (2003). They are still going. Tough, rugged and stylish; you can't beat that anyday!

AWESOME Eyewear!!! I have these with prescription lenses in both the black iridium polarized and the persimmon (for night or indoor range) and I love em! Won't go with anything else. My only beef is that on the lower outside corner of the left lens, there is a tiny Oakley 'O' imprinted and sometimes if you move just right, it looks like something is moving in your peripheral vision. A few times i've just about had a heart attack during a search because of this...lol.

I've broken a couple of pairs of different Oakleys because the frames simply snap after several months of hardcore wear, but these haven't let me down yet. Get the polarized lenses if you can afford it--they are well worth it.

I have the Oakley Flack Jacket XLJ with polarized lenses. I purchased the product at a very cheap price from www.usstandardissue.com. If you are not aware of this Oakley run site, go now! Fax or email your work ID if you are Police, Fire or Military, and purchase work related Oakley products at deep discounts. I cannot give enough praise for the discounted web site, or the Flack Jacket XLJ's!

Love the glasses. Great for on and off duty. Any government worker can get them at Oakley Standard Issue for $70. That gets you the government discount and you can get all kinds of great gear over half off.

Wear these glasses all the time. They fit well, have light weight frames, only down fall is the cost. Break a few pairs at work and see how soon you switch to something much cheaper.

Probably the best sunglasses I've bought!! They don't cover half my face and offer the required ballistic protection need for my job.
