These boots are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. The picture (and price) shown is for the 8" model, but they have a 6" ($96) and even a shoe ($68) in the same color, comfort and quality that you would expect from Oakley. If you are Government, Military, or LEO just register on their site to be able to receive discounts that you deserve as a working professional.
This boot also available in Tan color.

I have both the 8 " boot and the shoes...and both are probably the most comfortable work boot/shoe I have ever worn. The boots are like wearing athletic shoes, only with ankle support.
The only issue I have ever had is the slipping on wet surfaces, but it is only one step and they regain the traction.

I have worn many boots in my 10 years of Military and I have the Tan Oakleys. They are by far the best boot I have ever worn. The support in the ankle and the comfort for your feet. I have done many dismounted patrols in Iraq and the only issue I have had is the inner heel comes loose after a while but its probably the rough terrain I wear them in

I will never wear another pair of boots again, as long as I am in the Military. Any boot that I have to wear longer than 6 hours I'd pick this one, others your doing your feet injustice if your not.

I have the short shoe version and they are great in the summer. We have lots of special events involving walking around for at least 5 hours or more. My knees and legs are not sore after a long day on my feet. My feet don't cook in them but stay cool, this might helped by having the lowest "sneaker" style too. The leather part holds a decent shine too.

I have purchased cheap boots before and they just hurted after every shift. I bought a pair of Oakley boots and don't think I will buy another boot again. They are the most comfortable boots. There was no break in period for me. They are breathable from the bottom and my feet stay comfortable. Great boot!!!

These really are great boots. And dealing with usstandardissue.com was a breeze. Oakley takes care of it's LEO and military customers. Back to the boots, very supportive and comfortable, and they have vents for hot climates. My only complaint is that these boots are more on the tactical side, rather than garrison. In other words, you really can't shine them up very well. But, my supervisor hasn't complained. I still look better than my co-workers. Just sayin'...

I have to say that these are by far the most comfortable boots I have ever worn and I have been through many in 19 years. They have a short break in period and feel like a good ol' pair of favorite shoes in no time. I will keep wearing them as long as they keep making them. Great boots.
