I love this stuff. I use it season all my food. There are so many different flavors. Try some it will replace your salt shaker. Okay maybe not the salt shaker but it really is good.

Mrs. Dash is one of the principal parts of my secret ingredients(dont tell the wife). This stuff is great mixed with olive oil. It serves as a great basting element and coating when grilling. I love the stuff.

If you're going to get seasoning, get McCormick. The Mrs. Dash Steak seasoning has so much dill in it that it tastes like pickles!!!

I'm a Mrs. Dash fan. No salt, no MSG. Almost all the others are loaded with salt. i carry it with me to restaurants in a tiny bottle. I have lowered my Blood pressure by lowering my salt intake.

HMMM, wife uses it all the time. But I need salt so I ruin the dish by putting salt on the meal that already has Mrs. Dash in it. Just ask her (cmr1973).
