I have found that this works better than anything else for ALL pains. Others work only on certain areas.

Pain is your friend; all pain is not "bad" or even undesirable. Try to address the root cause if possible, hang overs... you desire it! DMSO works better for many joint problems, and ice never will cause harm, and is excellent for joint injuries/inflammation.
All NSAIDs can cause severe health problems in adults. This one has been directly linked to kidney failure. Kidney failure is almost always totally silent until the problem is life threatening, and many times irreversible! It happens to relatively young people too.
The "rebound" effect does happen sometimes with NSAIDs; after a couple days the joint irration and swelling get worse then if you had used nothing at all. Knees can behave like this.... ice and DMSO.
Even after surgery I stop the pain meds ASAP, many times after the first or second day in order to heal faster. Some pain is really rough though, like bone pain, and an opiate is better suited for short term use.
Using this after a workout is a BAD plan, it can diminish your muscle gains and lead to injuries. Mild muscle inflammation is part of the growth process! Use rest and ice, don't over train.
Always drink lots of H2O when taking this med, avoid booze when taking.

Migraines are nasty, avoid triggers if known. If you haven't tried sublingual zinc, try using 25-50 mgs a day for 2 weeks. Allow to dissolve slowly under tongue; it's NOT absorbed well through the gut. If your migraines stop, you had a copper/zinc imbalance! Too much copper, not enough zinc in your body. This causes about 20% of all migraines, and is curable if this is the cause.
