The Glock 21 has excellent balanced weight in handling. Recoil is moderate, yet accuracy is great. The 13 round magazine capacity for a 45 caliber is adequate for any law enforcement use.

The glock 21 is a very good shooting pistol. I think that the trigger could be a little more crisp but the department will not allow me to tweek it up. The recoil was a bit of an over bite but I placed a different guide rod and spring in it and boy did that make a difference. It is now quick to come back on target and I attain a quicker front sight picture.

Currently I carry this handgun as my duty weapon. It is accurate and adapts well to the weather conditions here in South Texas.

Last year I was involved in a Police Related Shooting let me tell you. The Glock 21 is the weapon of my choice. I put two rounds center mass from 15 yards (what a mess!) . The Glock 21 has the knock down power to complete the mission. After 3 days on the desk I got my baby back from the State Attorney’s Office. I feel that if I was using a less caliber firearm the situation would have turned out very different and I would not be here right now to write this.

Great combat pistol and duty weapon, with ZERO malfunctions. If you have small mitts? Send it out to RoBar for a grip reduction, they did a GREAT job on mine! Excellent weapon and no beating the stopping power of a .45!

This tool is a one shot stopper, I opted for the "21C" it make the recoil smooth as a child's rear end. While firing the weapon the flash is almost not seen, but if you are watching your buddy shooting next to you it is like watching John Force run the 1320''''''''V'''''''''go for the max cap mags it will save time and keep you focused down range. I would put it against my old Sig 220,

Finest duty weapon I ever carried in 34 years. I have carried S&W revolvers, Colt Phyhons, and Berettas. This is by far the best. Very accurate, lots of punch, and excellant balance.

This weapon has it all, simplicity, ease of break down, cleaning, accurracy, handling, if it was a female I would marry it. I carried this gun when it first came out, and now that I am retired with 35 years plus, I still carry it. I have never had a stove pipe jam, a mis-fire, or any of the usual problems, and oh! by the way, it firest whether it is clean or not. I love this fine piece of equipment. 65 badges

Good for an average gun. I just don't like the grips. I don't like holding on to a square box like the grip is. They could have contured the grips a bit more and that would have made it better. They also could have made the grips more textured so when you hands get wet it is not so slick

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SHOOTING PISTOLS FOR THE MONEY. IT MAY NOT BE AS INHERENTLY ACCURATE AS MY KIMBER OR MY H&K TACTICAL, BUT IT BEATS EVERYTHING ELSE. MY SWAT TEAM ISSUES THESE TO EVERY OPERATOR AND I PURCHASED MY OWN SO THAT I WOULD HAVE THE SAME WEAPON AND EQUIPMENT WHETHER I WAS ON PATROL OR ON A CALLOUT. I GAVE THE TEAM PISTOL BACK AND CARRY MINE NOW. I HAVE NEVER HAD A MALFUNCTION WITH THE WEAPON, CAN'T SAY THE SAME FOR THE M-6 LIGHT/LASER COMBO. I WOULD RECCOMMEND THIS HANDGUN TO ANYONE. 13+1 IN .45, YOU CAN'T BEAT IT. I EVEN SHOOT COMPETITIONS WITH MINE. I LOVE IT!

I have in the past have always sworn by Smith and Wesson....I even carried the SW5906 when I first got in the biz. My dad is 40+ year veteren in LE. He in the old days swore by his SW model 66 .357. When he first experienced a auto duty weapon and it was the GLOCK!! After that he has alway said he will never know how he ever survived in the past with out his GLOCK. He has for the last 20 years carried the GLOCK 9mm both the models 17 and 19, the 10mm, 40 cali. and now the 45 cali. and goes no were without one of them. When I got my chance to experience the GLOCK....it was the Model 21. Excellent weapon. Smooth , high preforming, easy maintance and I have never had a failure of any type. I will swear by no other.

Being that I work for a GLOCK only department I was forced carry one. Even though I am not the biggest fan of glocks I really love my Glock 21 because I shoot very well with it and have NEVER had a malfuction even in the middle of a blizzard while qualifying during a night shoot! It's the only glock I'll carry as my duty weapon

This was my duty weapon for years I loved it although I have small hands and it was like holding a 2x4. I shot perfect scores at qualification with it and really had a hard time giving it up when the department went to the Glock 22 .40 cal.

While I was in Afghanistan my Dept stopped autherizing 9mm pistols. Having owned several .40S&W pistols I decided I was not willing to pay the accuracy/time penalty I was seeing in my 7 yard split times. Our Policy allows .40 or higher so I got a Glock21SF and a Glock30 for my ankle. With this pistol I can still achieve A Zone hits in a quarter second or better at 21 feet. It has planty of firepower as well. Now that my agency is allowing 9mm again I thought about going back to my Glock34 but why? My best time with the 21SF is .22 second split. Best with G34 is .19. I can live with that. I have had zero malfunctions with this pistol or any Glock using factory ammo excluding one hang up with a case of winchester. This is an excellent pistol with zero compromise. Excellent buy as well. I'd have paid more.

My dad just recently bought one of these it is amazing. My dad got a tip to put his left hand above his right wrist because he was shooting with his right hand. Before he was only making gut shots but after he put his left hand on top of his right wrist he put 10 shots center mass of the chest. It only holds 13 rounds but that's 13 reasons why no one should go against this pistol.

Bought the 21SF with picatinny rail not knowing how tough it was to get accessories for it. Hada friend that had original 21 he was gonna send in to have shaved down so we traded. Love the way it feels. I had a KIMBER and in my opinion I traded up. Sorry KIMBER boys, but GASTON builds a good product and most folks in department carry GLOCK.

This product packs some great firepower and is great for open carry, but the main concern I have with it is the fact that it is extremely difficult to conceal carry this pistol. Otherwise, this is a great product for it's price, you might want to put a laser-sight on it as well though.
