Great knife I carry when flying

Great knife. Auto open is excellent. Holds edge very well. I've had two......you can't use them to pry open anything :).

Knife is extremely durable. I use my benchmade several times each day for a variety of cutting tasks. I've used the serated part of the blade to even cut through some fairly heavy wire. The spring action works excellent. It is the best knife that I have ever owned.

great knife, but it is weak in strength. broke the tip of mine within a month.

excellent knife

Ive packed the partially serrated version for 10 years. Its the only knife I carry on duty. Overall quality is top notch. Its come in handy on several marine related missions. Its never rusted even in salt water environments. The serrations cut line with ease. Ive used it daily and never baby it and it keeps right on working everytime. Great duty knife.

4/5 because all autos are more prone to failure than a standard tactical folder.

all and all a great knife. very sharp but my blade got chips in it after maybe a year. although i did put it through hell. everything from cutting misc. things to opening m16 ammo crates.
