You can read all the combatives and tactics you want but, you don't learn how to be tough from a book. Get out there and train!!!

I guess that I must echo what CSL wrote before. Crawling up next a book like this with a cold one is a good way to get dead! You must find a good teacher and practice....save the cold one for after the sweaty work out!!

It is always nice to learn from others. Especially their mistakes. Books can give some insight and help prepare you mentally for some things. But the best way to prepare is with real live action training. Nothing takes the place of live action. Books do not hit! People Do!

I think it had some useful info in it... but like the others said, reading a book does not replace training. So hit the mats.
