Chargers™ are dark-chocolate (and red dye #40) covered Arabica Columbian roasted coffee beans. They are “naturally caffeinated” to provide energy in small sustained bursts. Approximately 15 beans (or 3 cups of coffee) and 66 total calories for $1.99. WHen I went to buy some of these from the local candy store, the lady said whe ordered them specifically for a woman whose son is a State Trooper. I had to laugh as these are the only thing that keeps me awake during long trips. LOVE the taste!!

When I went to buy some of these from the local candy store, the lady said she ordered them specifically for a woman whose son is a State Trooper. I had to laugh as these are the only thing that keeps me awake during long trips. LOVE the taste!!

According to a US study published in May, small frequent doses of caffeine maximize its effect on the body and help you stay awake for a longer period of time. According to James Wyatt, the study’s lead author, if you take in all your caffeine in the morning with a Grande cup of coffee the caffeine levels in the brain will be falling as the day goes on.

Munch a few of these any time you start to feel a little drowsy and avoid the dreaded "nodding head" syndrome. Make sure you make it safely to your destination!

I have not had this brand, but I love the Starbucks variety. They are great for boring staff meetings.

I loooovvveee these! There's a little drive thru coffee shop in Boise, ID down from the mall that serves one on the lid of every cup you order thats how I got onto them. I really enjoy the marble ones where they're dipped in both white and milk chocolate, do great when you're working the night shift or pulling a double

This combines two of my favorite foods. Frankly it deserves a food group of it's own.

Great for those long nights when you need a pick me up quick. They don't take long to kick in but, they don't taste all that great in my opinion.

I havent had this particular brand, but in general, chocolate covered espresso beans are a pretty nifty little snack. If you like bitter and crunchy with some chocolate these are for you.

I used to get these to take with me when I went on FTX (when I was an Infantryman in the 101st). Great for a late night pick-me-up.
