This is the phone issued to supervisors and I really like it. I also have Verizon for my own service. It was the only service that actually worked after all of our hurricanes a few years back. Nextel, Cingular and At&t all crapped out and did not work. Made up my mind then to change service

This is the phone my department issues. As far as I know, noe of us have had any problems with this model. Personally, I find mine very easy to use. I would recommend this phone.

I love this phone. It has the capabilities of a RAZR plus it has more memory(storage capacity) than a RAZR. The only thing it doesn't have that I wish it did was a video camera on it, like the v323i, which is also a good Motorola product. I have a cell service that is localized in Kentucky, Bluegrass Cellular. They are the only company that you can get any kind of signal, and I mean any signal in Scottsville.

It lasted me two and a half years but became a little unreliable in the end.
