killed my first deer with one of these...the only negative is that the ones i have owned did not feed cheap lead rounds..they would jam.. i would love to own another.

I THINK THE MINI 14 IS A GREAT WEAPON AS IT RESEMBLES THE M14 A1 THAT I USED IN THE US ARMY FROM 1966 TO 1972. IT HAS ALL THE SAME FEATURES AS THE M14A1. I THINK THAT IT WOULD MAKE A GREAT HUNTING WEAPON FOR HUNTING IN THE WOODS OR BRUSH.
