It's a great product. Probably one of the best, if not, best tasting on the market. My favorite is the Vanilla, but I've had the Chocolate, Cookies N Creme, and Coffee flavors. I've used the powder form and the ready-mixed shakes. For convenience, definitely, the ready-mixed shakes.

Okay - and this is the honest truth. You'd might as well go get a NesQuik banana milk and grind all your vitamins up and just mix them together. This is tho most God-awful tasting stuff on the face of the planet.

I drink it after work outs .... does help stop muscle cramps. there is a little aftertast but water afterwards will get rid of it

Tastes good at first, but half way into a case, I got tired of it. Also has funny after taste

i used it as a post workout drink and for breakfast. filled me up, and i certaininly didn't want to snack

Can't say I've gotten around to this flavor yet, but as someone who is lactose intolerant and cant have soy, finding a good lactose free protein drink is tough. Finding one that actually tastes good is amazing! I'm a huge fan of the chocolate shake (pre-mixed) and the chocolate malt (powder)

i have had many nasty tasting protein drinks thus one was better than most rtd store brand a bit pricy ok* good

Great product,I have 2 every day. Usually before and after the gym. I prefer the chocolate malt & the vanilla.

Somewhat realistic banana flavor, good protein absorption.

this is great for a quick solution to stomach rumbling when ur on the run.

They sell a lot of these at the gym that I frequently go to,but I have never tried it.
