5 STAR MEDICINE WORKS GOOD AND DON'T MAKE YOU SLEEPY

Not as good as Nyquil for the same reason why Nyquil is so good. It doesn't relieve your illness and even though it doesn't put you to sleep, it doesn't keep you awake either. I would much rather recommend Advil Cold and sinus. 1 of those pills every 4-6 hrs and your symptoms are relieved.
