This stuff really works, just make sure you ARE ABLE to sleep for at min. 6 hours..... or else med. head

Been using this for years. When I feel a cold coming on, take this and stay in bed for a day. The cold is gone.

It works. Helps me sleep with a dose of Benadryl. I am out for at least 8 hrs.

Always works, but I have to plan on sleeping after I take it.

there are two reasons why I use nyquil. ONE for colds, flu, whatever I feel sick about. Two for when I cannot go to sleep for days. It will knock me out. Therefore, I love Nyquil and it is one of my favorite medicines to take.

Nyquil is great. It doesn't quite relieve the actual sickness, but it will allow you to sleep with it. I take 2 liquid gelcaps and 20 min later I can barely keep my eyes open!

I wasn't myself when I was taking. My heart rate was up, and I was on the go. In other words, I was "tripping" on medication that I thought would calm me done, and help me sleep. You may ask, are you sure it was NyQuil? Yes, it definitely was and no I don't take any other medications. Needless to say, I'm never taking it again.

Took out the phneumonia I had coming on. Note - don't make any plans for the rest of the week. I think I took my next dosage too early, needless to say I was tripping balls.
