This is the best tactical vest that I have ever used. It's rugged, cost-effective, and functions very well. You can buy them from

Nice vest with plenty of storage. I like the ballistic vest better.

This is graet for the training range in my application, however I would suggest making sure to have a hydration pack, because once you are in and geared, and on the move, you get heated up. The mesh helps, but only so much.

Everything is easy to get at, but the holster gets in the way when using a tactical sling on your long gun.

Last year, I bought an exact copy of this tac-vest called Tac Force by Quartermaster in the same price range. It seems sturdy, comfortable, and has lots of storage. The holster can also accomodate a taser, if desired to swith out a second pistol. A tac vest w/ extra ammo is a must item nowdays in the patrol car trunk along with a kevlar helmet.

Great Tool to carry tools, reduced hip fatigue, and keeps everything in reach and secure.

This is by far the best LBV you will ever find. You can hold your pistol, and atleast 7 magazines, 6 AR/M4/M16 magazines, a full sized radio, shotgun shells, a multitool, camelbak, and more. It has 2 interrior pockets for maps, notepads, etc... and you have a whole duty belt left over for all your odds and ends. If someone can find a vest that beats this one, I'd sure love to see it.
