The Coast LED Lenser Tactical Focus Flashlight features a focusable prism reflector which prevents dark spots when moving from concentrated to wide beam. The LED is 1.25-watts and Coast claims it outputs 60.2 lumens. When focused to a narrow beam you can brightly light distant objects. T he flashlight is powered by 3 AAA batteries and is operated by an easy on/off push button on the back that locks in an on or off position and also allows momentary bursts so you can signal Morse code.

Its a great little flashlight. Light weight, regular AAA batteries and not very expensive. No complaints here!

This is part of my department issued gear. I would never have bought this for myself, but have to admit it's a pretty nice light. 3 AAA batteries lasted me a good three months.

My dad gave me one of these out of the blue. I liked it and talked it up some. Looks like my department will be making them standard issue.

After a long search I came up with this flashlight and I love it. Wouldn't trade it in for any other I know. In fact several of my colleagues followed suit and bought one of their one.
Wish we would have stuff like that for official issue...

One of hte Best and by far the Brightest small light you can carry, wth both a spot and wide field of view with just a touch of the head with your finger. It offers more lumen, about 190 I believe, is light, easy to carry and I believe can save your life when you need real light on a dark search.
I liked it so much we started to carry them so I can offer to others who need a great lifht.

The Coast LED lenser is a flashlight that outclasses all the others! It is small enough to fit on my duty belt and is never in the way of other gear.

This light runs on AAA batteries which means it can be replaced far easier anywhere batteries are sold, gas stations, mini marts, etc… compared to the not so easy to find and expensive Lithium batteries that other similar flashlights use.

The LED lenser is a light that is bright enough to use a weapon blinding the suspect or at least triggering the OODA loop.

This flashlight extends the working life of the batteries to at least 100 hours which last for a month with average nightly use of on/off searching. When I first purchased this light in the summer I turned it on and threw it in the freezer for 4 days and then took it out leaving it on in my vehicle (high Temp) for another several days until it burned out to test its endurance in extreme temperatures, just to test it before I actually needed it on duty.

I have used this light to track people and they are far superior to other lights that project shadow spots or shadow rings. This light does not produce any shadows, thought it is a bit too bright to use long term for tracking and focusing on footprint sign.

I have to admit that their gimmicky packaging with the mirror that blinds you in the store when you test it sold me. The price on this flashlight is not cheap, but it is far cheaper than other comparable quality flashlights. This company has my loyalty and will continue to be my top choice as long as they keep their prices well below their competition.
