Description:

This rescue knife was designed by a firefighter and includes the necessary tools to help save lives in an emergency situation. My knife came with a nylon sheath that allows you to clip the knife in the pouch and snap the sheath closed. The sheath fits comfortably on my duty belt and has remained in place after a few foot chases. The knife also came with a set of tools which can fit inside the sheath. These tools include numerous different types of screwdriver bits that fit on the included bit tool. The knife can be easily operated even while wearing search or turnout gloves. It is built with heavy duty use in mind. The other key features are: • Hook cutter • Safely slices seatbelts • Window punch • Oxygen tank valve opening The Tech specs are: • Overall Length: 8.5” • Length Closed: 5.1” • Length of Blade: 3.5” • Weight: 5.6 oz.

The average cost of the knife with all attachments is between $75.00-$100.00. I really like this knife because it has the seatbelt cutter, window punch, and heavy duty serrated edge blade all on one knife. The sheath stays closed and is secure on my duty belt. The knife also has a pocket clip for increased options of carry. Make sure and check this product out. Hopefully I never have to use it, but if I do I know it will do the job.

This is a sweet knife. I have the black version (Combat Hinderer) with a full tanto blade. This knife is super rugged. All features are sturdy. Not a typical "rescue multi-tool" The modified liner lock is also really nice. The balde holds a great edge even under moderate abuse. O2 bottle wrench is a nice touch. I carry it with me everywhere both on and off duty and on calls with my volunteer fire dept. Well worth the $69.00!!!

This device is one of the best tools I've ever come across. Especially since it's available to both LE/EMS and non-LE/EMS citizens. As a private citizen conducting a myriad of different assignments in the PI and EP world, tools like these can really come in handy when things can go south! The functional tools, length of the blade, easy accessibility and design are fantastic.
