| Description: | www.sogknives.com The SOG Trident uses our well-proven means of delivering a knife blade to the open position with S.A.T. (SOG Assisted Technology™) Now using our patent pending Arc-Actuator™, the Trident locks stronger and releases easier. There is also a built-in safety to lock the blade closed. When it shows red, you are ready to go. What also makes the Trident so unique is the patent pending Groove™ in the handle, which allows the operator to cut paracord, fishing line, etcetera without having to open the blade. The Trident's blade is an evolution as well. Taking key elements from previous blade shapes created a distinct hybrid of form and function. Check out Digi-Grip™, this variable patterning creates a coarser grip in areas that will require it. Our bayonet style clip is easily switched for right/left hand carry or removed for pouch storage. |

I bought this knife for my husband in the tiger stripe detailing. It is the best knife investment I have ever made. It's nearly 2 years old and it still cuts paper with ease. He uses it in the field on duty and he wanted it to be able to do the daily tactical work such as cutting seatbelts, zip ties when necessary, etc. He also carries it off duty and it is a dream. We couldn't be happer and I intend on getting him another.

Excellent knife. Fits perfectly in pocket, expensive to loose, though.

Good knife, I have had several knives where the clip would bend, break or come loose. This knife does not. I also like the assist open feature.

Excellent knife... Easy to maintain a good grip with it's patented grooves and easy to use in every situation. Just be careful cause you wouldn't want to lose it. But it's worth every penny..

I bought this knife a few months ago and I love it! The S.A.T. makes opening a snap and its grooved handle gives you great handling confidence. Great on or off duty.

Can't say too many good things about this knife. It is VERY sharp and holds its edge well. It doesn't tear up uniform pant pockets like some other knives I've used. I think I paid $70.00 for mine. Worth every penny.

had the knife ofr six months now and still sharp as heck, plus I love the tiger strip look to it (gives it that added mean look) amd I a adgree with the rest of the people that it fits in the pocket very nicely, but I haven't had to use it to cut any thing yet. But I cut the heck out of me once Really Really deeply and it did that very nicely and will remarkable ease so great knife. I guess

This knife rocks! It's sharp right out of the box. The spring action is fast and smooth. It's light weight and feels nice in the hand. The only thing I don't like is the clip. It's a little tight, but i think with time and use, it will ease up nicely. It's tough getting use to the position of the lock for one hand operation, but then again, it's different than any other knife I own.

This is an awsome knife. I like that it is light, but powerful. The Arc-Actuator is great for opening the knife without wearing a hole in my thumb. It is easily opened with both hands. I also do not have to worry if the knife is locked into place once it is open. Also I dont have to worry about it opening in my pocket, like some other knives I have owned.

Easy to open, keeps a good edge, and very light. The clip is much stronger than most knives. I have had the clip break off on several high end knives, this is a more affordable knife and very durable.
