    I had a pair of this and it depends on how hard you training and the environment you training in. The pair I had last about 2 days of building raids and training. If your going to be training hard. The knee pads are not very durable.

    the thing i like abt this is that the bottom strap isnt elastic which holds it secure to leg and helps to prevent sliding down your calf. top strap is elastic and comfortable. Much better than elbow pad counter part
