These are great elbow pads to have. They are very functional if you are going to be firing for weapons qualifications. They run a little large in size.

The pair I had didnt hold up to well. One week in the field and the hard plastic had falling off. If you have to really use the alot not there not very good.

They're small. Elastic was too tight and cuts of circulation. I hate these things.
