    I/Dispatcher is a very easy program to use. It is very flexible to each user. I understand from our IT people that product support is pretty good most of the time. The product can include mapping (including Automatic Vehicle Location or AVL), showing various levels of detail, depending on what the user wants.

    I like the system also, I agree it is for the most part user friendly..I am a very command line type person..and with our old system I could do anything from the command line..and this one I cant..just takes a little more time to do some things..But I love that I have different ways of doing things, I love that it can tell me how many miles away the unit is from the call..A lot of other good features as well..

    I like this product. I was very skeptical when we were first training to use this new system, but since it is more Windows-based, I believe it is easier for people to learn. It is what they are used to. I also like the fact that you can still command line functions to save time, especially if you momentarially forget what you are doing.

    We use this program here at the Tennessee Highway Patrol. The possitive about I/Dispatcher is that it is very easy to pick up and learn. However the negatives far outway the possitives. The map system is terrible and way out dated from other CAD programs. But it does however get the job done...
