We've had this boat for 2 years now. It's used to patrol in inland recreational waterway that boarders 2 jurisdictions. It's a good solid boat, with lots of storage, plenty of switching and panel space to mount needed equipment, and the removeable side rescue / access door is good sized, easy to remove and replace, and at perfect height for taking people aboard from the water. It only requires one engine, and speed for inland waters for a boat this size is more than adequate. It maneuvers well for a boat with these dimensions and requires little training to operate effectively. It holds 87 GALLONS of fuel in an on board tank which makes for a lot less fuel runs. A great boat all around for inland patrol.

Operated this boat on the Mississippi. Great for getting up & down the river, lots of storage, also made a great dive plat form for dive operations.

We currently have Carolina Skiff sfor patrol boat. I wish we had a whaler. Best boat on the water.

like the dive door .. don't care much for the " black twinkies" they use for fenders ( if you have them as factory add-on) .. quick out of the hole and really handles well when trimmed .. good inland vessel that won't sink if your knee deep in water.. ......don't ask ....

I operate a 24' Justice. Other than the engines being wore out of several years of operation, I enjoy operating it and would buy one for personal use, if I could afford it.

Good looking boat and that's about it. We have several of these in service and they are terrible to work out of. We have had 3 different officer's go overboard out of a center console patrol boat. Seating is terrible, no protection from the elements. No place to seat an injured person or transporting a prisoner (s). If an officer is injured there is no way to operate the radio as all equipement is overhead. The expense of keeping them running is horrible. We have not had good service out of these boats. The dive door is nice. Works really well when recovering a drowning victim. We have had several officers injured while working in this boat, back injuries, knee injuries. There are better options for a patrol boat rather than a center console.

We operate a 24', and found that this boat is made for cops on the water. We have 7 boats in our district, this one is the best. Mine is a Whaler too, but not up to the Justice, perhaps I'll move up to a Justice one day, until then I'll just muddle along.

I worked for Ohio DNR Div. of Watercraft. Whaler can make a boat. I will say this, the newer boats that cameout seemed to have a lot of Electrical problems. In fact my office had a 27 Whaler from the early 90's they had it re-powed due to the fact none of the officers wanted to let it go.
