This is a great product. I have the 1 watt, 3 watt and 6,watt dorcy lights. the LED lasts much longer thatn the triditional light. I was using the 6 watt as my primary light on the night shift, but found that the LED was very bright and was blinding to others did not have the power to cut through tinted glass ans the triditional light did. I found this to be because the LEd is just a different type of light. I do still carry it as a back up and use ot all the time for Search and Rescue. I never have to worry about loosing my light in the woods with a 8 hour run time on one battery.
