    A very tough little notebook. The rubber covered keyboard is hard to use and there is no CD drive. The computer has a tendency to lock up, usually at the most inopportune time. This is probably because it was purchased with the minimum amount of RAM. The screen is quite bright and easy to read, even or its smaller size. A good general "starter" notebook for an agency looking to purchase relatively inexpensive rugged notebooks for the patrol force. NOT recommended for experienced high-end users.

    Not a product of choice...Locks up, and on restart has humming noise from fan kicking on...very annoying...Don't like Keypad, keys tend to stick

    Junk! Over priced, unreliable, locks up, noisy, hard keys. I have had three (3) new ones in the past seven (7) months. They just quit and you get the blue screen of death. 100 % disapointed in these things.

    This product appears to be fairly sturdy. The keyboard is hard to use, and it freezes up often. The touchscreen helps out when the mouse on the keyboard locks up.

    This is one of the most over priced items that sold our department a bill of goods!! The touch screen is sloppy and when the battery is calibrating the programs do not work correctly. The docking station is bouncy and the screen falls when you go over bumps. I had a tough book before this piece and boy do I miss it.

    Only issue experienced was having to press harder than normal for mouse clicks. I have not experienced freezing or crashes. Keep your systems updated boys.
