EXCELLENT BOOK! One of the first books I read in under a week. I couldn't put the thing down! This is a MUST READ!

I read the book and seen the history channel show on him. Last heard the right for the movie were purchased by Mel Gibson.....

Very gripping and easy to read. Good insight into what Queen had to go through, and how the lines blurred as time spent with the Mongols became extended.

I am a true crime reader big time and I would say that this a great book. I read this book in a day and half. You will want to know what happens next and it will keep you reading this book. You will get great insight into the undercover life and the sacrifices you must make to be apart of that world.You will also further understand the violent sick sadistic mentalities of the outlaw biker gangs. awesome book, must read

This is a great read. The flow in which the writer tells the story is very easy to read. It is also one of those stories that tells the people what lengths law enforcement must go to stop violence.

Have any of you guys heard Queen speak? If you have then you will agree with me when I say this! If you think this is a great book then you should have heard him speak. I was just in a Gang Across the Carolinas Conference and he spoke....WOW! He did a great job! The only bad thing was that was his last conference that he is going to ever do. But I agree with everyone, this book ROCKS!

One of yhe greatest books I've read. As a biker and a Police Officer, it was GREAT!!!

Who doesn't love a good undercover tale? This was a pretty amazing (and true) story, told well, about a seriously deep undercover operation. The kind they make movies about. It's written in a very straightforward style, making it a quick, effortless read.

I was given this book as a gift shortly after it came out. I couldn't put it down and read it in less than three days. I have loaned it to several of my friends and they all feel the same way about it. It is a great book and a must read.

Wow, a great read. I finished it in 2 evenings....couldn't put it down. Amazing that someone would sacrifice 2 1/2 years of their life undercover like that. Also amazing that he pulled off such a dangerous UC assignment. He mixes personal emotion, action, suspense, and tactics into one great story. The world needs more heroes like this.

I believe i saw this story on the A&E channel, great story!!!

I have a first edition of this book which is about a DEA agent who goes deep under into the SoCal biker gangs. He spent about 4 years of his life gathering evidence, which led to multiple prosecutions. He also lost his family to divorce. And as Nietche said"When you look into the abyss, it also looks into you". He was much like an anthopologist who can't do anything about the crimes or horror he sees, he has to be a biker for a few yrs, and the emotional aspect it had on him was the most riveting part of the book.
