I've never had a major problem with this. It does run Windows, so that is a check mark against it. Battery doesn't have a super long life, but extra life batteries can be purchased. All in all it is an okay phone.

It look promising as a communication device. I will ask Santa on his next trip to the island.

The Q is an okay device. I had the extra life battery and was very pleased with it but it did add the weight. Windows is okay. I particularly didn’t like the rounded keys on the pad. Made it hard to type and I have small fingers…can’t imagine a large handed guy trying to not double-tap while typing.

I've had it about two weeks and I am totally able to keep up with my hectic schedule, large contact list and everything else I need. I love it.

Love everything about this phone except the keypad is hard to type on if you are a text-a-holic!

i had the Motorola Q9 international phone for like a week, it sucked...half of the programs didn't work,, the txting was slow, it would randomly reboot, you went from loud to barly audiable in the volume, there were some other things, i wilsh i had made a copy of the list i made to turn it with the phone, theoredically it was a great phone, but it had way too many glitches, i wanted to download the gps stuff and it would only download half of the program and stop and freeze, then when you tried to download it agin it would show that it was already downloaded and then when i tried to open it, i was told that i needed to download it... its all crap

I love my "q". I've had it several months and keep coming up with reasons I like it so much. It automatically goes on vibrate while I am at work. It has a larger keypad for text messages. I love the way the internet works on it. I could go on all day about's fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Q9M (Music) is a pretty good phone. It's user friendly as it is a Windows based system. My only complaints are that there is no ring/vibrate option, its either/or not both; and you have to manually choose whether to text or call someone instead of just hitting the call button once you have selected the contacts. A little difficult to switch to from a standard flip phone, but all in all it's a good phone and has a little extra (internet, games, gps, etc) to add to it.

I have enjoyed my Q. The apps are a little chalenging when getting started but I'm still learning how to use it. When texting I have a hard time with "L" but other than that texting is good.

Extended battery does not last entire day and is too bulky to carry around on the pistol belt.

    Gets a 3 from me:

GREAT DATA: Sprint speed makes it possible and this puppy cooks with great web features and usage. CONTACT LIST: major plus for storing EVERYTHING (almost including medical records) of EVERYONE!.

Even with the extended battery this phone does not last a full day. I've had to purchase 2 extended batteries in approximately one year's ownership. I'll be interested to see what Motorola comes out with next to surpass this model!

Great phone. I miss mine. Just dont spill water on it like I did. =) I'm not a fan of the new touch screen phones. The buttons on the Moto Q were a little small at first but once you get used to them they're quick and easy, even one-handed.
