Very small, thin frame with single stack magazine. Excellent size for second weapon or off-duty concealment.

I've heard good things about this particular model. I owned one. It was a piece of crap. Don't know if this was a lemon or what. I went through new magazine springs, recoil spring and several trips to the factory. I never could get it to feed even 9mm FMJ's reliably.

Very small, super easy to conceal just slightly heavier than the mini glock. I found this firearm to be extremely accurate on the range. Would recommend to anyone looking for an off duty or back up firearm. Only dislike is the way it dismantles for cleaning you have to bang the pin out with a small hammer.

I am a firearms instructor for my department and I got to see this weapon on the range. The weapon appears to have some type of feeding problem. As a police officer I need to know that I can trust my weapon when I need it most. Having to break in the weapon by shooting over 1000 rounds through it and hoping that it will solve the problem, leaves me with lack of confidence in the weapon. I consider this a major issue as a Police Officer.

I bought one and traded it in a year later. I wasn't very impressed with it. For one it was too thin for my grip. I tried different grips but none felt like they fit right. It was thin and easy to conceal for off-duty, but I wasn't satisfied with the way it shot. If I can't keep a good grip on it then I won't be accurate with it, and thats not what I need. I didn't have any problems with it feeding though.

Kahr makes a very reliable handgun. The stainless model will last a long time with plenty of use. Its weight of course is the drawback. Polymer guns are here to stay. As off duty weapons they are not shot enough to be worn out quickly. That makes a polymer model my choice over stainless. This model has a single stack. Only 9 rounds in 9mm and 7 in the .40 cal. But its very concealable compared to the double stack models. The 9mm is well suited to a small hand and the low kick allows for good follow up shots.

I bought this gun about 7 years ago for off duty. I put thousands of rounds through it, and never had a problem. Kahr had outsourced some of the internal parts, having them produced in China sometime in 2006, and aparently some of the parts were not made exactally to spec. My dept insisted on replacing all of the internal parts regardless of the gun being in the affected range of serial numbers or not. My gun was not affected, but the guts were replaced anyway. Ever since then, I get a stovepiped round about every 5 shots. The gun is now about as useful as a paperweight......Thanks Kahr
