Galls Heavyweight Undercover Jacket is a great buy! It is waterproof, windproof, and lightweight with a zip out Thinsulate fleece liner for cold weather. I find this jacket to be comfortable in cool weather and no doubt will be comfortable on our Iowa cold weather as well. It features double entry pockets and special yokes that conceal pull down I.D. panels and badge panel. Free personalized panels for front and back are included. [As a chaplain it is difficult to find proper I.D. but Galls had “Chaplain” I.D. for this jacket.] It has lots of pocket room and everything is easily accessible. The rain hood is tucked away in a zippered pocket under the collar. I don’t “carry” on duty as a chaplain, but the zippered sides are pretty standard for side arm access. At $99.99 for regular sizes and $109.99 for larger sizes this jacket is a good deal for an all year rain jacket and windbreaker. Good buy!
