I love the hard plastic holster better than its sister, the faux basketweave leather duty belt model. The hard plastic lasts longer, it wears better, and it thrives in bad weather and harsh conditions. I do not have the "shrouded" model and prefer the holster without the device, but that is just me.
It is comfortable for tactical entries, searches and the like but is really cumbersome to drive around in a patrol car in. The console gets in the way and makes you feel a little cramped.
An EXCELLENT buy and well worth the cost.

Dependable Holster! I have had mine over 5 years and it still looks new. It is great for weapon retention and is the best holster I have ever had.

I really enjoy the durability that this holster brings to the table. I have taken mine to the desert on several trips and needless to say it has taken the beating and came back for more. I also enjoy the fact that you can mold the hard plastic to the contours of your leg for a better fit. All in all, I must say it has served me well.

its an ok holster, the best part is the retention. i dont like the fact that its big, loud, it shines, pretty much does everything you dont want to in a tactical environment, but the weapons retention is the best out there. i'd still recommend it just on that fact alone

There is another version of this that I prefer, but I cannot remember the model number. I prefer thigh holsters, because for me (long arms) it is a little easier to draw from.

I use one of these as my everyday duty holster. However, I do not have the RAPTOR model. I wish I did. I think it works great, even though it takes some definite getting used to. All in all, it's a good holster. The AF is going to them in full force. I was isued mine 1 1/2 yrs ago.

Very nice holster! I recommend it I have had mine for about 2 years now. The safety is great, when your thinking in perspective of wepons retention.

This is a great product. I used one of these in Iraq and it was always an easy draw, comfortable, and durable.

I love this holster so much, I've made it my all-around go to. I carry the low-ride version on my daily duty belt, the mid-ride in high-gloss on my dress belt and the beautiful drop-leg creature you see above on my tac. rig. My holster of choice for over 5 years now and will be for many more to come.

Almost similar to my Blackhawk version and very comfortable. I would recommend this for sure.

The paddle is an excellent addition to the low ride holster, keeps the pistol from moving around when running. The locking release takes some practice but once you do its easy, good for retention.
