Recently TASER International posted that portable police radios could interfere with the Taser causing an unintentional deployment of the cartridge. They suggested that the Taser should not be carried within a few inches of the radio. So, for me, a drop holster is the only other option. There are very few drop leg holsters out there for the X26. I've only been carrying the Cop Tuff holster for a couple of days and I still have mixed feelings about it. It is cumbersome and it looks odd to me. I found that when I get in the police car I have to rotate it onto my lap. It is however well made and versatile.
