Bump SkoolCop. The people of CA have at least 3 times (to my knowledge) voted to instate or maintain the death penalty. The will of the people has been overturned by judges calling CA's method inhumane or (unConstitutional)! What about the methods the perps used on their victims?? Were those humane or (Constitutional)??

Let's speed up the process. What's unconstitutional is the costs taxpayers are on the books for to keep them alive! Time to start cutting costs PLEASE!!!
