The woman collapsed having a seizure (I'm guessing), and he asked for a sexual favor?

That's practically begging a seizing patient to dismember you.

I'm not sure if people who have seizures due to head trauma mirrors that of an epileptics experience, but if it does, I think the writer mixed up some details.

Perhaps it went more like this. The Moronagist asked for that favor after the seizure and during the 45 minutes of epileptic amnesia that usually follows after the seizure.

Couple that with prescribing her with Depakote, Valium, Traminicin and Percocet (Seizing=Falling=Injuries) and it's the equivalent (imo) of taking sexual advantage of someone who's too catatonic to even fight off the sexual advances.

He's finded, no prison time, and will have his license back in 36 months?
Something sounds very wrong here, but it could be as simple as the side effects of her ailment would make a conviction difficult to prosecute this POS and they settled on lesser charges.
