Bump Shadow and add the patients at the scene and safety are the main priority. If the CHP had a problem with the way the FD handled things that discussion comes AFTER the call is cleared not at roadside. I suspect the CHP felt his authority challenged when the FD failed to bow down to his demands. Dumb, just plain dumb.
Agreed shadow officer
The Officer is in the wrong. After being in both professions I understand the officer wants to get the lanes open as soon as he can. But the firefighters need to park the apparatus where they dont get hit. And the officer cant say that it doesnt happen. Drivers now days dont pay attention. Right now in Arkansas, they are in court as we speak on a driver that ran over 2 firefighters and 1 officer, killing one of the firefighters and severely injuring the police officer. So let them park where they need to...Let them get their job done. Then everyone is happy. And BUMP Irishcop....I do to.
Oh this isn't good. I see lawsuit.

I'm confused on this one, is this a who's Jurisdiction is it issue?
