Really? I would like to know why. The crime he is alledged to have committed, (Yes he did do it, of that there is no doubt), is punishable b y a maximum of ten years only. People who are accused of murder or other much more serious crimes are given bail.
The biggest problem with this case is that this is the first and only time that anyone who has assaulted anyone 'playing the knockout game' has been charged with a 'Hate Crime' and it also so happens that of the hundreds of prior cases this is the only one where the attacker was White and the victim was Black. Why charge him with a Hate Crime when none of the others have been charged with it, including those who have killed the victims? Does Holder and Obama serious believe that Blacks are incapable of committing these so called hate crimes? Are Whites the only race that is capable of hate crimes? Tell you what, ALL of these cases should be changed and charged with A&B with special circumstances which increase this crime to the level of being a felony. ALL crimes are hateful as far as I'm concerned. They certainly are not committed because the suspect likes the victim!
