Scared,frieghtened,angry ,humiliated."TOUGH" She has had over five years to pay the freeken thing.So,what is this story telling us?We don't have to obey the law if we are a 72 year old female?What a crock.If the chick does suffer from dementia it should be handled by the family.It's NOT the local Police Departments problem.
The way this proicedure is handled by this city is similar to every jurisdiction in the country.If a citation is not paid it goes into a warrent.LIVE WITH IT.Are leos now expected to issue tickets to males,between the ages of twenty -thirty years of age,without dementia or other ailments????RIGHT.--Typical news media,harrass the cops.Must have been a slow news day....
