Very sad! With the previous domestic cases he is very lucky he kept his job with the Lautenberg ammendment!
WHAT ??? He was fired and reinstated twice.Who are the freeken idiots who did this. This lady has a fantastic case for what is called "Negligent Retention."Hope she takes the city to the cleaners.
Apparently he has failed to learn anything from his last 2 incidents...
It's a lot like the fool that had left a trail of babies (with their mothers, he thought he was a stallion/pimp) and got hired as a patrol officer in a small Virginia city. One day, his bruised and pregnant (another of his consequences) live-with girlfriend drove him to work at headquarters. He proceeded to seriously assault her right on the sidewalk. That creep was arrested and fired promptly. Went on to prison; too many witnesses to try to wiggle out of being charged.
Hope going through all that trouble was worth it to lose a career and freedom.
