In the case of the clumsy canine, the court of public opinion and a few random jurors of Monday morning quarterbacks, find FIDO not guilty on all counts. We concluded that responsible gun owners don't keep firearms laying about and in the reach of living things that can get hurt by them.

Hmmm. How do we know this was an accident?Does the dog have any priors? Was the dog Marandized prior to questioning? Is it at all possible the owner is covering fior the dog?
