Glad our local government has an opportunity to spearhead some common sense legislation for a change.

Years ago I had the honor of meeting Gov Nixon when he ran for Attorney General. He did a bang up job, He was a farm boy and was a hunter. Missouri generally lags behind other states and this was an intelligent move. I hope this program goes well. Thank your sir for combining common sense with intelligence.
