This is happening too often to give a "pass" to the person responsible because they are "suffering" too, relative or not they need to be held criminally responsible for the death of another individual. I always wonder how many cell phone calls, text messages or social media messages were a part of the distraction of attention away from a much more important cargo.
Intentional or not won't change the outcome. Very sad.
The perpetrator of this crime should suffer the same fate!
