I will give the police the benefit of the doubt as I'm sure there is more to the story than what is reported by the Blaze...
I'm going to go out on a limb and say the MPD acted in good conscience and weren't secretly engaged in an intricate plot from that 'dang ......(gasp).... Obama.
Perhaps shooting off a round from an AR 15 in the tight confines of an APARTMENT Complex, may not be the best choice for someone who hasn't disassociated his days of combat abroad with civilian life.
Perhaps I'm wrong, hopefully the next POTUS can return all our guns? LOL
I thought the "warning shot" is when the gun owner points his weapon at the target before firing.
THis is very troublesome to me.I.like Mr. Thompson ,am cognizant he broke a law,but this "gun Confiscation" gambit is just the tip of the iceberg.We are seeing incidents of this accross the country.There enough valid and inane laws,statutes,ordinances and codes on the books in all our cities,countys and states to arrest anybody at any given time for any number of things.We MUST,however apply these laws in a judicious,prudent,wise and sane manner.Guess who Oregonians voted for for president the last two times.That should tell you something right there?
