Very sad situation there is alot of important information missing in this story! One Crash negligence or not is not is not grounds for termination! Poor management, leadership and favortism, nepatism ,and hostile work environments are not uncommon in the Public Safety Field! Hope he does get some help and can get a good lawyer however beig unemployed is going to limit that! We can only hope the facts will be brought to light! His Career is over however no matter what!

with this persons access to firearms and his apparent training, i am glad his friends stepped up and reported this man to authorities. He evidently has anger issues, which may be justified, but not to the point of threatening the lives of his former superiors and their families. He had other legal ways to handle this rather than resort to violence. Hope he gets the help he needs, he clearly needs mental health counceling
