Again no surprise here, outside of the "border zone" where does ICE find these folks? In City and County jails also in State penitentiaries. How did they get in there I wonder? I have never had a problem with those that come to work, but if you get caught messing up then by-by. Also when you enroll in various government entitlement programs then no, sorry if you can't make it then you can't make it and maybe this is not the place for you.

Let me start by saying this Administration has hit a record high in deportations, 1.5 Million as of December of 2012 and going onto 2 Million as of May 2013.

For those concerned about the Mexican border should know that Mexicans have had a nice boost in their economy over the past few years, which also lessens the desire to come to America illegally.

It's not a felony to be in the United States illegally, that's a common misconception that feeds the immigration hysteria. Doing it repeatedly becomes a more serious charge.

There's a colossal difference between civil and criminal. Many "Illegal Immigrants" are those who have overstayed their Visa's, and not necessarily droves of 'border' jumpers.

In any case, I think people should pay close attention to what Politicians are cutting in the name of the Sequester, and what they are not sacrificing. That said, why not release them and put them on a plane since they spared any cuts that would cause flight delays?

But they haven't committed any serious crimes (as if entering into the US illegally isn't a Federal offense!).
