This is silly, tax dollars at waste. How do state agencies not have access to jail data bases? And how does a local or county jail tell a state agency no? It make no sense to pay the house and feed somebody and then send them a check too. Surely in this day and age they could find some geek or a kid just out of high school the could figure out how to connect this all together and set it up for continuous updates if not daily at least.
