I do not want to hear it, there is no such thing as a person whom is (or has been) declared Criminally insane. This whack job killed Law Enforcement Officers. Who is to say he won't kill again if released. I would have to agree with the Harris Co. DA.

Bump guys. I am willing to bet that few would take that commitment upon themselves. Even those that did, we would end up with one less Dr. very quickly and then none will try that liberial garbage again.
This 'thing' is a cop-killer and should never walk free, PERIOD!

Maybe the good doctor will allow the inmate to stay with him once he's released from prison since he isn't a 'danger to society.'

There really a term called criminally insane. Unless the person stays on the medication prescribed, and even that is not always effective, repeat offense is more than likely. Mr. Truong should stay incarcerated. At very least house arrest with an ankle bracelet. -- Doc

This is so very wrong! I wonder if Dr. Pesikoff would have a different opinion if this creature he thinks is okay now had to spend his first year of "freedom" living in his house, under the same roof as his family. Maybe that is what the laws should require, that the quacks responsible for a decisions like this are responsible for whatever happens.
